I’ve listened to your recording and Alhamdulillah it was a very positive experience. I didn’t realise subconsciously I’ve been very negative due to my aches and pains which has affected my anxiety level and breathing. InshaAllah I will be implementing your strategies, positive affirmation, breathing etc. The way you delivered the story of Maryam (AS) was amazing I found it very calming and soothing.
